Administrative Site Users

Administrators can add, edit and delete users (managers, IT departments, other staff) from the admin dashboard as well as assign various permission levels to each user.

  Change the look and feel of the site by choosing different color pallets as well as uploading logos and restaurant images.

• Customizable navigation menu header and footer

  Add up to 6 pages on your website and easily change the page titles and the navigation menu (character limitations do apply).

• Captcha-type image validation for all form submissions

  A Captcha is a type of challenge-response test used to ensure that the response is not generated by a computer. This validation will greatly decrease spam.

• Administrative email settings

  Designate which email address you want to use for contact-us submissions, takeout orders, email marketing, etc.

• Real Time ROI tracking

  Enter your business details (payroll, average time spent on takeout orders, etc). Reports will use this data to track your ROI.

Complete Menu Management

• Menu item and category management

  Add, edit and delete all menu items.

• Assign menu items to multiple categories and menu templates

  Designate where your menu items will be seen. One item may be part of a dessert category and also a "specials" category. Possibilities are endless.

• Menu modifiers management

  Designate optional items that can be added or removed from your menu items on the order page.

• Multiple pricing options for modifiers

  Create numerous modifiers and select different pricing options for each. You may have the same modifier that is free for one menu item, but can be added for an additional cost on another menu item.

• Product nutritional management

  Manage all nutrtional aspects of your menu items and select which nutritional information you would like to display on the public facing site.

• Menu templates with multiple pricing options

  Menu templates allow you to create specific menus that are only available at particular locations or that are available during selected days and/or times (happy hour specials, modified menus for select locations, etc.). Pricing for a particular item can be set at different amounts for different locations depending on the template chosen for the locations.

• Hide/show menu items depending on takeout location chosen

  Menu items can be shown or hidden on the public facing site depending on the availabitlity of that item at different locations.

• Menu item photo upload tool & thumbnail generator

  Easy-to-use photo upload tool to add images of menu items and modifiers.

Takeout

• Takeout order management (view and modify orders)

  View and modify orders. Orders can also be deleted if they have not been processed yet.

• Suggested sale functionality

  Suggest featured menu categories (drinks, desserts, etc.) at the order confirmation page if the customer has not selected one of those menu items already.

Locations

Manage location details, hours of operations and more through the Locations module.

• Integration with Google™ Maps (optional add-on)

  Integrate with google maps. Give your customers the ability to view/print a map and driving directions to the location of their choice. Maps and driving directions can also be emailed in the order confirmation.

Customers

View customers who have placed orders, made inquiries, and/or who have signed up as users on your site. View their order histories, form submissions, statuses and more from the Customers module.

  VIP customers will be able to log in, view specials, promotions and previous orders all through a VIP portal.

  Create promotion codes that can be emailed to your customers or highlighted on the site. Depending on the customer's order selections and/or their status, they will be able to use the discount code at time of payment.

  Create banners or graphics that highlight promotional items, features and specials on your site in the left navigation bar and in the VIP portal.

Feature Add-ons

• Google™ Maps integration

  Help your Customers find your restaurant and get driving directions by integrating with Google Maps. Your customers will be able to view, print and email maps and driving directions to the location of their choice.

• Fax failover

  This option would allow the customer to actually complete their online order in the event that our hosting center is unable to communicate with the destination restaurant. The only caveat in this situation is that the online user will need to manually tender their transaction when they arrive at the restaurant. Additional workflow rules can be defined to send off both Email and SMS notifications to appropriate personnel as defined above if the Fax Failover option has been engaged.

Site CMS Tools

• Basic CMS (Content management system) - WYSIWYG Editor. Includes XML sitemap management

  A content management system (CMS) is designed to simplify the publication of Web content to Web sites, in particular allowing content creators to submit content without requiring technical knowledge of HTML or the uploading of files. This allows you the ability to edit and update content on the site with ease. Once content is updated, it will immediately be pushed live on the public facing site.

• Premium CMS (Content management system) - WYSIWYG Editor, supports development, staging and live revisions. Includes XML sitemap management

  A more robust version of the CMS tool. With the Premium tool, you will be able to add a revision history and the system will automatically save the content as a revision when any changes are made by an administrator. You will also have the ability to view and test new content on a staging platform before pushing the content live.
